Our Story
Prestine Residences was founded on the belief that quality, comfort, and security should be accessible to every student, regardless of budget. Established in 2015, we have grown into a trusted boarding house conveniently located in the heart of Cebu City, near Southwestern University–PHINMA (SWU-Phinma).
Over the years, Prestine Residences has become a preferred home for students pursuing their education in Cebu City, particularly those studying at SWU-Phinma. We provide comfortable, private, peaceful, and conducive living spaces at affordable rates, giving our boarders the ideal environment to rest, study, and focus on their academic journey.
